- Green pepper(1Pc)
- green onion( 1 Bunch)
- hot sauce, soya sauce, ketchup (2 TBSP each)
- coriander for garnish
- black pepper
- green chili paste
- ginger paste
- garlic paste
Pre heat air fryer @ 400 degree F for 10 to 15, chop cauliflower, red cabbage and carrot in food processor, take out all mixture in the bowl, add ginger and chili paste, add salt and black pepper, add 1 tbsp. of corn starch and 1 cup all-purpose flour, mix it very well. No need to add any water should be able to make a ball out of it. Take oil in your palm and make balls out of the mixture. Air fryer is ready, spray some oil over to the veggie balls and put them in the air fryer for 2o min, shake them in between so it cooks well on all sides.
To make gravy, in a pan take 3 spoon of any cooking oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, also green pepper and green onion. Now add all three sauces hot sauce, soya sauce, ketchup (2 TBSP each) and let it cook till it leaves oil in pan. Time to add corn starch, make paste by adding water in to it and add it in to the gravy mixture. now add water according to the how much gravy you want. Let it cook until it thickens up. It takes about 5 min to get it done. Now time to add our veggie balls. (Only add veggie balls if you are ready to serve, or add veggie balls before 15 min in to the gravy before you are ready to serve. Garnish it with some cilantro and green onion. enjoy
