Almond-dates balls/Ladoo

for that we need:

1cup chopped dates

1 cup almonds

1 cup roasted cashew nuts

2 Tbsp clarified butter

1 cup coconut desiccated

Turn on a heat on low .in a pan take 1 tbsp. clarified butter,add almonds roast it for 5 i have taken roasted cashew nuts so I don’t need to roast it but if you are taking raw cashews then just roast it all together with almonds and make a powder. now again in a same pan take 1 tbsp clarified butter and add chopped dates let it get soft a bit.once it is soft add all the crushed nuts powder and also add coconut. mix everything well. turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down a bit. once you can handle it in your palm, make round balls and apply some clarified butter on your palm if mixture is sticking to much it will be easy to shape them. Now the balls are ready and roll them in to very fine dry coconut powder that is completely optional.
