Paneer capsicum curry/cottage cheese green pepper curry
Its authentic rich Indian dish made from paneer and capsicum also added some traditional spices.not very high in calories same time best dinner food.
1)turmeric 2)chili powder 3)cumin-coriander powder 4)garam masala(mahalaxmi garam masala)5)salt as per taste
Make puree: take 1tbsp oil in pan add ginger-garlic paste or whole ginger garlic amount you like, add tomato ,onion and cashew in cover it .let it cook 5 to 10 min until everything becomes soft, after that let it cool down and put it in blender make puree.
Shallow fry paneer
Shallow fry capsicum and add all spices1)turmeric 2)chili powder 3)cumin-coriander powder 4)garam masala(mahalaxmi garam masala)5)salt as per taste
Let it cook for 5 min or until it softens. When done mix everything together
And add some fenugreek leaves on top by crushing it in between two palms.
Serve it with naan or roti or chapatti.
