If patients of heart disease take care of themselves in diet and lifestyle modification they can prevent heart from the surgical intervention and can live a normal life like other people. It is given in the lifestyle modification in CAD (coronary artery disease) and Alternative intervention in cardiac disease that, there are chance of increase collateral circulation and improvement in development of new blood vessel in the wall of heart muscle by bringing attention to the diet and acupressure. Due to lack of blood circulation, the heart start’s to become weak in pumping the blood, causes improper blood coagulation in artery which results in obstruction of the main coronary artery of the heart. This is called the heart attack or myocardial infarction.
According to WHO (World Health Organization) definition of myocardial infarction is as follows……..
Myocardial infarction (MI) or acute myocardial infarction (AMI), commonly known as a heart attack, results from the partial interruption of blood supply to a part of the heart muscle, causing the heart cells to be damaged or die. This is most commonly due to occlusion (blockage) of a coronary artery following the rupture of a vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque, which is an unstable collection of cholesterol and fatty acids and white blood cells in the wall of an artery. The resulting ischemia(restriction in blood supply) and ensuing oxygen shortage, if left untreated for a sufficient period of time, can cause damage or death (infarction) of heart muscle tissue (myocardium).
This can never be cured so the next option is surgery but this can be optional if we use the alternative therapy to treat the heart problem and people can live their normal life by stimulating the natural stimulant which is released inside the body constantly. In this stressful life everybody is being caught by this heart diseases not just common people but also the doctors, ministers and holy saints. There are ways to live normal for them. Heart diseased patient should not eat any type of tobacco, alcohol or cigarate smoking. Fatty foods like butter, vegetable oil, and cheese should be avoided as much as possible. Stressful work and situation should be avoided by the heart patient. They should not handle too many complicated work at time. 45 min of daily walk and relaxation exercise is helpful for good blood circulation. Gas forming foods should be avoided and try to include fibers and salad in the diet. Chewing a food properly helps to get all the vitamins and minerals easily from the food.
Soya and barley mix it with the whole wheat to make the bread. One pomegranate juice daily is also healthy for heart disease patient. Seed of fleawort or plantain (The fleawort (a species of plantain) is common in the Mediterranean, it grows in uncultivated fields and at the edges of roads. The ground seeds are put in water and this mixture after some hours is used as a laxative, and for this reason the seeds are sold in other parts of the Earth. To reduce the appetite this mixture is used during meals because it creates a feeling of having eaten enough.)Mix with water and take that before going to bed and also acupressure points should be taken 2-3 times in week.
Meditation is also a good relaxation technique which makes the blood vessels relax and need of the blood to the heart can be decreased by this type of meditation. This can be done under the open sky. For diabetic people, control of blood sugar is important. Blood sugar should be checked regularly. Hypertensive patients should avoid the salt in diet and they can live life having trust and positive attitude on themselves. Regular body checkup with qualified health practitioner is helpful in living the normal life with heart diseases.
