
Spinach broccoli soup (winter soup)
One of the most delicious soups which I love to drink during winter and healthy way to introduce the spinach and broccoli in your diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup | Spinach |
1 cup | Broccoli |
1 cup | Potato |
½ cup | Chopped tomato |
½ cup | Canned tomato ( to bring more flavor)
Also need a pressure cooker to cook it faster |
1tsp | Salt and pepper or according to taste. |
1tbsp | Ginger |
2 | Cloves of garlic |
Directions:
Cooking time 30 min
In a pressure cooker throw all above ingredient and add salt and pepper according to your taste now add two add two glasses of water and pressure cook it until 3 whistles. Once done let it cool down. Now blend it with hand blender. Next strain it for beautiful creamy taste. And it’s ready to serve.
