Spinach curry/palak ni bhaji/palak subji
Gujarati dish made from simple ingredients. kids friendly ,healthy food for all ages.
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil. Add few cumin seeds when it starts bubbling, add spinach, garlic and tomato now add spices spices1)turmeric 2)chili powder 3)cumin-coriander powder4) salt as per taste.
Add half glass of water and let it cook for 10 min.
Enjoy it with rice or chapatti or naan.
