
When you are trying to be healthy but not tasty it does not motivate you to become more healthier, this recipe is healthy and tasty no one can realize that they are eating tofu check it out
Ingredients:
400gm | Firm tofu |
1cup | Chopped onion |
1 cup | Chopped tomatoes |
2 tbsp. | Yogurt for marination |
1tbsp | Corn flour for marination |
1tbsp | Chickpea flour, Spice according to your taste(Turmeric, Chili powder, Coriander –cumin powder, Garam masala powder& salt according to taste.
Salt |
½ cup | Mozzarella cheese shredded |
4 tbsp | Oil |
3 tbsp | Ginger garlic paste |
Directions:
Step 1
Marinate tofu
Take bowl make small sugar cube sized pieces of tofu,
add all the spices Turmeric, Chili powder, Coriander –cumin powder, Garam masala powder, Salt according to the taste
Now add yogurt, one table spoon ginger garlic paste&corn flour and mix it very well. Leave it for 30 mins.
After 30 mins in a pan spread little oil & add the marinated tofu to be cooked on all sides for 20 mins.
Step 2
On the other pan, take 2 table spoon of oil, add chopped onion & ginger garlic. Add all the spices as shown in the step 1 & sauté it for 10 mins.
After 10 mins add chopped tomatoes, cook until it leaves the oil.
Now add 1 table spoon of chick pea flour, add half glass of water and mix it well.
Now add the tofu mix from step 1, mix it well & set it aside.
Step 3
Take whole wheat tortilla wrap, place the tofu stuffing from step 2 in the middle, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese with some ketchup & any sweet sauce or mango sauce with some coriander chutney.
Time to wrap, fold on both side first than on to the bottom and wrap it (see the video at the bottom for perfect wrapping). That’s it wrap is ready to eat.
